OBJECTIVE

Professional Development for administrators and teachers

Intergrate Social Media into daily instructional practices in order to build PLNs.

SOLUTION

"Fail forward" admin team challenges themselves to model what they expect in teachers. District and Schools adopt PLNs starting with leadership first.
