Depression doesn't change their situations

I searched up how to help friends with depression and found that I needed to support him so I did along with others.

Major depression is the No.1 psychological disorder in the western world.

Sleep, get your eight hours.

It's always nice to receive support but giving support has been shown from research to give you a bigger mood boost

it will be the 2nd most disabling condition in the world by 2020, behind heart disease.

it is estimated 35 to 40 million Americans living today will suffer from major depression at some time

We encouraged him to get help at first he was unwilling, which i still don't understand why but eventually he got help for it.

I don't talk to him anymore however at the time we were good friends and it hurt me to see him like that but I didn't know how help him.

My friend suffered from depression in grade 7-present.

Be there, you don'r realize, but it'll mean the world to them.

Help them with not just their problems. go over homework with them do something together.
