From scope to schedule without rebuilding the plan
The templates in this category cover a project’s life in roughly the order you need them, and they share one practical advantage: a Mulquatro map switches to a Gantt chart once its topics have dates, so the plan you built while thinking becomes the plan you track against.
Scope comes first, and the Scope of Work template is deliberately explicit about exclusions — the line that prevents most scope disputes is the one saying what is not included. For structuring the delivery itself, Project organization lays out workstreams, owners and reporting lines before the first status meeting.
Two templates handle specific hard cases. The Employee Training Rollout Plan is for the projects whose real risk is adoption rather than build, and the Balanced Scorecard is there when a project must report against several kinds of success at once and a single metric would flatter it.
For planning that stops short of dependencies and dates, the planning and organizing templates are the lighter option.
Two of these have a fuller write-up: scope of work and the employee training plan, both part of the wider project management set.
