Serving

When you serve you hit the ball into the opposite court to start the match. You either hit it overhand or underhand

Spike

When you spike you slam the ball into the opposing sides court

Set

When you set the ball you push the ball up with both hands

When blocking you put both hands in the air in attempt to stop the spike

Bump

When you bump you hit the ball with your forearms
