Mulquatro AI Supplementary Terms

These Supplementary Terms for Mulquatro AI (referred to as 'Mulquatro AI Terms') by Expert Software Applications SRL (hereinafter 'Mulquatro') are incorporated into your Terms of Use agreement with Mulquatro. These Mulquatro AI Terms apply to your utilization of Mulquatro's AI features.

Definitions

Any terms used in this document but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.

  • Your Information and Content are defined as per the Terms of Use.
  • Mulquatro AI covers all the features and functions provided by Mulquatro that utilize machine learning-trained data models.

Fees

The utilization of Mulquatro AI operates on a credit-based system. Each Mulquatro subscription plan (Premium, Professional, Team, Basic, Teacher, Classroom & School, etc.) includes a predefined number of credits, ensuring access to Mulquatro AI features. Even the free account includes a limited number of credits, enabling users to test Mulquatro AI capabilities.

A separate credit purchase option is available for users who wish to expand their Mulquatro AI capabilities beyond the allocated credits in their subscription. Users can adjust their usage to suit their particular requirements, offering greater flexibility within the Mulquatro AI framework.

Input and Output

Mulquatro AI functions through an Input-Output system, where you, as a user, can provide Input for processing and receive corresponding Output generated by Mulquatro AI. You’ll select the specific topic you wish to use as Input, choose one of the available prompts, and receive Output generated by Mulquatro AI generated by Mulquatro AI based on the Input and the selected prompt.

When utilizing Mulquatro AI, Input and Output are considered part of your Information and Content.

The development, content, operation, maintenance, and utilization of your Information and Content are entirely under your responsibility.

It is acknowledged that, due to the nature of machine learning and the technology employed by Mulquatro AI, the Output may not be unique. Mulquatro AI may produce the same or similar Output to what other users have generated or to what other AI programs have generated.

Mulquatro AI Use Restrictions

It is essential not to utilize Mulquatro AI or its Output for the following activities:

  • Creating foundational models or large-scale models that could be perceived as competitors to Mulquatro or Mulquatro AI.
  • Misleading individuals into believing that the Services' Output is entirely human-generated.
  • Generating spam or content intended for distribution during electoral campaigns or in violation of any technical documentation, usage guidelines, or other parameters provided by Mulquatro.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your Input and the way you use Mulquatro AI and its Output will not:

  • Violate any applicable law, including any local, regional, or national prohibition of such technology.
  • Fail to comply with the stipulations detailed in these Mulquatro AI Terms or the Agreement.
  • Fail to comply with the Information and Content restrictions as defined in our Terms of Use.
  • Commit acts that contravene, violate, or wrongfully take possession of any of our rights or the rights of any third party.

Enhancing Mulquatro AI

Mulquatro does not use, and does not permit others to use, your Information and Content, for training the machine learning models used in providing Mulquatro AI functionality. Your use of Mulquatro AI functionality does not grant Mulquatro any rights or licenses to your Information and Content for training our machine learning models.

Artificial intelligence and machine learning models can progress over time to more effectively address specific use cases. Data derived from your use of Mulquatro AI may be utilized to enhance our models under two circumstances:

  • When you voluntarily offer feedback to us.
  • When you grant us your consent.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Mulquatro does not make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of Mulquatro AI or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any other information obtained through Mulquatro AI.

You understand and agree that any material or data obtained through the use of any Mulquatro AI feature is done solely at your own risk. Mulquatro shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from your use of the Output, including any inaccuracies or omissions within it. Mulquatro AI cannot provide real-time information, and Output may not account for events or alterations to underlying facts occurring after the AI model was trained.

We do not recommend relying on factual claims in the Output without conducting independent fact-checking to verify their accuracy.

Third Party Provider Policies

Mulquatro AI utilizes Microsoft Azure OpenAI ('Azure AI') technology for its AI features and functionalities. Your use of Azure AI must align with its Code of Conduct, including its Acceptable Use Policy.

Our AI translation services utilize the API interface provided by DeepL. Your usage of Mulquatro AI translation services is also subject to DeepL's terms and policies, including its terms and conditions and privacy policy.

All data you input into Mulquatro AI is processed on EU-based servers and is not used for tasks such as AI model training.
