These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Mulquatro, operated by Shandong Jingdong Information Technology Co., Ltd. They govern your access to and use of Mulquatro websites, applications, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Privacy and Security
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the Service, but no system can guarantee absolute security. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Your Information and Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, including maps, notes, documents, and other material (“User Content”). You grant Mulquatro a limited license to host, process, display, and back up User Content only as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit User Content.
You are responsible for your User Content and should keep independent copies of important material. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Rights and Responsibilities
Mulquatro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, rent, or misuse the Service; interfere with its operation; attempt unauthorized access; or use automated tools to scrape or download data, except for well-behaved search engine crawlers.
Acceptable Use and Conduct
You may not use the Service to do anything unlawful, deceptive, misleading, malicious, discriminatory, or harmful to minors. You may not upload content that infringes third-party rights, contains hate speech or gratuitous violence, distributes malware, or violates another person’s privacy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Mulquatro disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every requirement.
Fees and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Current prices are shown on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and payment partner. You authorize Paddle to charge the selected payment method for recurring subscription fees until you cancel. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Return and Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase by contacting support@mulquatro.com. Refunds are not issued for unused portions of a subscription after this period. After a refund, the account returns to the Free plan.
Termination of Account
You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users, or fail to pay fees. After termination, your right to use the Service ends. Where reasonably possible, we will give you an opportunity to export your content before permanent deletion.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The Service may link to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience; Mulquatro does not control or endorse them and is not responsible for their content.
Account Inactivity
We may deactivate accounts that have not been accessed for twelve months after reasonable notice. If an account is deactivated, associated data may be deleted in accordance with our retention practices.
Transfer of Information
If Mulquatro is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information and User Content may be transferred as described in the Privacy Policy. We will provide notice where required.
Mulquatro Brand
Mulquatro, its name, logos, and related brand features are trademarks of Shandong Jingdong Information Technology Co., Ltd. You may not use them without prior written permission. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Changes to These Terms
